Guanajuato, Gto., October 8, 2019.- With a large harvest of medals for the University of Guanajuato (UG), high school teams (ENMS) participated in the 7th Edition Expociencias Guanajuato and Proyecto Multimedia 2019, carried out in the facilities of the Instituto Tecnológico National of Mexico, in Celaya, Gto.

Under the organization of the Latin American Society of Science and Technology (SOLACyT), the seventh edition of Expociencias Guanajuato was held, where innovative scientific and technological projects were presented.

ENMS students Salvatierra, Julieta del Llano and Nicolás Ortega Guzmán, won gold medal and accreditation to travel to Spain to present their winning project "Aprendo, Cuido y me Divierto".

Brenda Ximena Castro and Kenya Daniela Huerta Patiño also won a gold medal for the "EcoDream" project and won accreditation to represent the state and country in Tunisia, Africa.

Jaime Ramírez Durán, Akary Hernández and Jesús Rangel, with their project "Papelogía", together with Fabiana Alcántar Llinas, Cecilia Morales and Alejandra Osornio, with "We Learn Also", will be part of the delegation of Guanajuato for Expociencias Nacional 2019 in Monterrey, N.L.

To represent Guanajuato at Infomatrix Continental 2020 to be held in Guadalajara, Jal., Karim García, Ma. Fernanda Valdez, Jimena Gaytán, Andrés Paredes, Liliana Meza Montes, Berenice Aguilar, Kelly Torres and Victoria Gutierrez will attend.

All previous teams are advised by the M. Guillermo Caballero Tinajero of the ENMS de Salvatierra whose students excel in this competition every year.

The team of Scientific Gangs of the ENMS Guanajuato was the absolute winner of the platinum medal, with the project "MeloPlastik", under the advice of Dr. Claudia Erika Morales Hernández.

In addition, students Emilia Arévalo Arredondo, Luciana Hernández Barrera and Alba Sabina Navarro Smith, won gold medals with the project "Anatomic Science", will be part of the delegation that will visit the city of Monterrey.

The team of Andrea Dayana Espinoza Licea, Karen Alcázar Landín and Benjamín Rivera Covarrubias, with the project "Science in Augmentation", won gold medals. While with the project called "Llenando el Puerquito", consisting of Rodrigo Silva, María Guadalupe Aguilar and Nicole Paulina Torres won bronze medals; both teams advised by Dr. Claudia Erika Morales.

From the same ENMS Guanajuato, advised by Dr. Beatriz Rubio Campos, students Brenda Marlene Ibarra Rivera, Claudia Ximena Silva Olmos and Gustavo Axel Torres Martínez, with their project "Innova-Pixca", obtained silver medal and pass for Infomatrix in Guadalajara 2020.

The ENMS Centro Histórico León participated with the project "Medio Ambiente", presented by Luis Antonio Rodríguez Velázquez and Emiliano Cantador, under the advice of the M. Ana Cecilia Méndez Sotelo, who won a silver medal, with a pass to Guadalajara, Jal. 2020.

For their part, Gerardo Fuentes Garcidueñas, Brenda Marín Cortés and Bryan Leonardo Alvarez Canchola, students of the ENMS Pénjamo, with their advisor, the M. Mario Oleg García González, obtained silver medal, also passing to the intercontinental Infomatrix that will have as headquarters Guadalajara.

It was a day of much learning for all those who gained recognition, especially in improving their proposals for future stages; as well as for those students and teachers of the College of the Higher Middle Level who participated with great enthusiasm in the generation of ideas through the projects presented.
