Yuriria, Gto. a October 7, 2015.- The National Council for Science and Technology (CONACYT for its acronym in Spanish) granted the quality recognition to the Master degree in Technology Management offered in Yuriria from the University of Guanajuato.

This educative program began in August 2014 with two knowledge generation and application lines: information systems (software development and intelligent systems) and technologies for the productive processes (manuifacture, quality).

Coordinator Dr. Ana Dinora Guzmán Chávez explained that the candidates for the Master degree in Technology Management are graduates from the bachelor degrees in Business and Industrial management, Informatics, Computing systems, electronic o related areas.

This postgraduate obtained the quality recognition since October 1st this year and so, the two programs for the master degree offered in the Multidiscipliinary Study Department from Campus Irapuato-Salamanca, in Yuriria, are acknowledged in the National Program for Quality Postgradutes (PNPC for its acronym in Spanish).

The second program is the Master degree in Applied Electtonic Engineering which entered the PNPC in August 2015.

Fourteen students are currently enrolled in the master degree in Technology Management, from which, ten are national and four foreigners, who have already particpated in international congresses in Canada and several national events.
The first Masters in Technology Management generation will graduate in June.
