
León, Gto., September 21, 2016.- With the purpose to stimulate awareness about the student stage and then the life of the graduate, began "Project-Art" an initiative led by students of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities of Campus Leon of the University of Guanajuato, venue San Carlos.
The opening of "Project-Art" was framed with the exposition "Gallery of famour characters" that opens two weeks full of activities, it is about a wall that shows the faces and work from four insignia characters that contributed great changes and ideas in the areas of Social Sciences and Humanities. The initial turn was for Adam Smith, Eva Perón, Nicolas Maquiavelo, and Simone de Beauvoir. The rotation will continue for the length of the event which is 15 days.
Montserrat Ramírez Leyva, member of Student Health and practitioner of the area of Psychology of Campus Leon commented that "this event was important because the kids have to think the things they are doing or what things they need to stop doing to plan their project of life and set themselves continuous goals."
There will be different activities such as a movie-debate that will occur after the proposed argument by the film "Con ganas de triunfar" (1988), and photography contest with the subject "Building my future," aimed for the students.
On the other hand, the professor-researcher, Dr. Alex Caldera Ortega will give a talk for the youth titled "An assured future?" on the 28th at noon in the a/v room 2 of the Division of Social Sciences and Humanities venue San Carlos. The journey will close on September 29th, with the awards of the photography contest, and recreational activities such as the obstacle race and general coexistence, to give closure to the two weeks of activities of Project-Art.
