coloquio-internacional-energia-universidad-guanajuato-ug-ugto

Salamanca, Gto., September 30, 2016.- During the Colloquium "Towards a responsible and sustainable energetic evolution" held in the venue Salamanca of the University of Guanajuato, expert opinions of Mexico and Italy on the issue were contrasted.

The colloquium made within activities of the 4th anniversary of the Mexican Center of Renewable Energies (CEMERSC) had two scenarios: The Division of Engineering of Campus Irapuato-Salamanca of UG, and the Arts Center in the city of Salamanca.

By invitation of Dr. Jesús Martínez Patiño, CEMERSC's Director, participated in the colloquium: M.A. Odón de Buen Rodríguez, Director of the Commission of Efficient Use of Electric Energy (CONUEE); Dr. Vittorio Verda, professor at the Polytechnic of Turin (Italy); M.A. Julián Adame Miranda, President of the Consultant Council of CEMERSC; Dr. David Romero Romero, professor at the area of postgraduates from the Higher School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Unit Zacatenco, of the National Polytechnic Institute, as well as Dr. Juan Ángel Mejía Gómez, Director of the State Institute of Ecology and Dr. Alejandro Zaleta Aguilar, professor-researcher of the University of Guanajuato.

Among other reflections, it was addressed the use about the Mexican energetic reform that opens doors to other actors in diverse fields such as renewable energies. The technological change is notable in the industry, business, home, educational and research centers, such as CEMERSC.

Another progress in the fulfillment of the norms, for example the equipment and apparatus for sale in our country for home consumption have a yellow tag that verify six certification organisms. It is worth mentioning that the national average consumption of a home is the same as 10 years ago. Facing the population growth, the consumption doesn't trigger in an equal proportion because a part of the consumers is adopting other alternatives such as solar panels.

Every time, more countries are interested in transitioning to the use of energy in a sustainable and responsible fashion. European countries have interesting models, since they have learning networks that allow the reduction of energy in the companies. These learning networks offer great possibilities to cities in the center of the country, where there is an important growth of the industry in many branches such as the automotive.
