Yuriria, Gto., October 28, 2016.- Venue Yuriria of the University of Guanajuato (UG) promotes the design and implementation of new systems for the different applications of electronics, in the III International Conference of Applied Electronics (ICApplE).

Electronics is a continuously evolving area and its applications cover fields such as the ones in communication, bioengineering, mechatronics, optoelectronics, voice recognition, audiovisual processing, real time processing, among many others.

These new challenges that researchers and practitioners of this discipline face, were addressed from researchers of seven universities such as Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, the Instituto de Ingeniería of the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM), the Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana, the Centro de Investigación en Matemáticas, the Universidad Autónoma de San Luis Potosí, the Instituto Tecnológico de Aguascalientes & the University of Guanajuato.

The participants gathered in the Department of Multidisciplinary studies of Campus Irapuato-Salamanca from UG, by summon of the national researchers in the venue Yuriria who seek collaboration relations with their peers to nurture the work in their academic bodies, with the objective to generate scientific publications and enrich the formation of the students at the program and Electronic Engineering.

The memories of the event, who cover 12 conferences and 4 master conferences, will be published in the magazine Youth in Science, informed Dr. Carlos Rodríguez Doñate, professor and member of the organizing committee.

The Director of the Division of Engineering (DICIS) Dr. Victor Ayala Ramírez, who has a vast experience on pattern recognition and artificial intelligence, gave a conference related with the evolution of computing based in the applications of images and vision, also highlighted the need to produce vanguard achievements.

ICApplE 2016 was inaugurated by Dr. Martín Picón Núñez, Academic Secretary of Campus Irapuato – Salamanca, who congratulated the organizers for disseminating the recent achievements and progress in electronic engineering and their applications, as well as their capability of interdisciplinary and collaborative work, that allow to develop science and technology.
