
León, Gto., November 4, 2016.- The First Colloquium of Public Administration and Political Science "Public policies, work and social-economic development" will have as stage the venue San Carlos of Campus Leon of the University of Guanajuato (UG) through November 7 and 8.
The colloquium is organized by students of the degree in Public Management of Campus Leon and covers five dialogue tables, two panels and one talk where they will address topics such as the public policies focused on the economic development and the challenges of the government of Guanajuato, as well as the evaluation and perspectives on the work in the state and its cities.
The event seeks to open a space for analysis of the different aspects that motivate the economic development in the state, as well as the demands of the business sector, employment generation, progress and challenges of transparency in the evaluation of public policies, their social impact and the primary citizens' demands for social development.
It will have the presence of the head of the Department of Transparence and Account Acknowledgement of the State of Guanajuato, Lic. María Tinoco Torres; and the federal congress woman for the VI District, Lic. Alejandra Gutiérrez Campos. Also, will attend, a representative of the head of the Department of Social and Human Development of the state government, Diego Sinhué Rodríguez.
As part of the activities of the event on November 8, the magazine "Re-tratando entornos" will be presented; an initiative of the students at Campus Leon that represents a year-long effort to issue the first number.
