Guanajuato, Gto., December 2, 2016.- With the objective to offer an alternative of development for the job market of the automotive industry to all the community that currently is part of the same, as well as who is interested in being a part of this work force, the Automotive Cluster of Guanajuato A.C. (CLAUGTO) and Great Place to Work signed a collaboration agreement in the Maximum House of Studies.

This agreement will give the companies and affiliated organizations to CLAUGTO, a preferential relationship for their main services such as: evaluation of the organizations, transformation of the organizations, study and diagnostic results and access to publications, conferences and events.

It is important to mention that the Direction of Liaison of UG is part of the Committee of Human Capital of CLAUGTO, hence, this signature will allow the update and development of who integrate the community of the University of Guanajuato.

Daniel Boehringer, leader of the Pillar "Business Social Responsibility" and Director de Human Resources of the company Getrag, highlighted that the industry has a great necessity of highly qualified personnel, so this liaison will train youth at UG to face the challenges demanded by the environment.

It is worth to mention that the Committee of Human Capital of CLAUGTO carried out the Activity Report 2016, as well as the planning for 2017 at Campus Guanajuato of UG, where DCEA briefly presented the academic programs and the profiles and competencies of their students and professors to explore collaboration options.

Were present: Representing UG's Director of Liaison, Dr. Salvador Hernández Castro, the Chief of the Department of Liaison with the Social Sector, Lic. Jenny Alonso Guerrero; the Academic Secretary of DCEA, M.A. Velino Esteves Jiménez; the VP of the Center-Bajío Region of Great Placed to Work, Santiago Gómez Mont Landerreche; and the Executive Director of CLAUGTO, Alfredo Arzola López; the Coordinator of Human Capital, Sebastián Enríquez Werge and HR Directors from approximately 60 automotive companies of Guanajuato, among them, GKN, HIROTEC, PIRELLI, VOLKSWAGEN, VCST as well as representatives of the Department of Education of Guanajuato, Secretary of Economic Development and the Institute of Guanajuato for disabled people, among others.
