Celaya, Gto., December 9, 2016.- Under the seal of Pearson Editorial and federal economic fund, was presented, at Campus Celaya – Salvatierra of the University of Guanajuato, the work titled "El capital humano emprendedor. Estrategias de gestión e innovación."

The work was coordinated by Dr. Rafael Espinosa Mosqueda, full-time professor at Campus Celaya-Salvatierra and responsible of the Academic Body "Management of the Administrative and Tributary Culture in Organizations" and had the participation of a multidisciplinary group of experts, specialists and Latin American researchers.

The book, with twelve chapters written by professors from 10 national and foreign universities, address the topic on employment crisis, how this problem affects the different sectors and suggests multiple proposals to redefine strategies in the companies and public policies taking youth as a key piece, who have both the entrepreneur talent and knowledge.

The coordinators of the work of 178 pages are Dr. Rafael Espinosa Mosqueda, Dr. Emigdio Archundia Fernández, Dr. José Enrique Luna Correa and Dr. Mario Jesús Aguilar Camacho, professors at Campus Celaya-Salvatierra.

The objective was to gather options to solve the needs of the organizations with alternatives to traditional doctrines, that allow to implement new strategic models, from the perspective of management and businesses to raise competitivity, innovation and improvement of the organizations.

The researched topic group in entrepreneurism, creativity and motivation, production and consumption, lean manufacturing, marketing, information technologies, competitivity, supply chain, matrix accounting, internal auditing and governance.

To the activity attended Dr. Graciela Ma. de la Luz Ruiz Aguilar, Rector of Campus Celaya-Salvatierra; Dr. Silvia del Carmen Delgado Sandoval, Academic Secretary of the Institution; Dr. Benito Rodríguez Haros, Director of the Division of Social and Administrative Sciences; Dr. Roberto Rodríguez Venegas as narrator of the document and as commentator Dr. Ma. Guadalupe Olvera Maldonado, as well as public, friends and family of the coordinators of the work.
