The CECyTE, through the head office of state teaching led by MA. María Eugenia Barrón Rubio, trained its teaching staff with the course titles "Prevention and attention of behaviors of psychosocial risks."
Such activity emerged due to the need for the professor at a classroom so they can contain and channel students that present any emotional situation, familiar or personal, that has a negative influence in their development.
To the course attended a 35% of the faculty staff. Currently, CECyTE addresses more than 35,000 students throughout 36 facilities in the state, being the institution that helps more high school students, as revealed by MA. Barrón Rubio.
Although this work emerged thanks to a bidding where UG participated, they don't rule out the possibility to work in a collaboration agreement between both academic entities. According statements of MA. Barrón Rubio, UG has the professional profile to continue training its teaching faculty. "Besides, we have one thing in common, we both address and want the best for the youth in Guanajuato", he said.
