
Guanajuato, Gto., January 24, 2017.- The Public Administration is indispensable for the proper use of the governmental tools with the purpose to create a strong bond between the politicians and citizens, hence, its importance and social impact.
At the University of Guanajuato, students and graduates of the major in Public Administration have joined efforts to create the School of Professional in Public Administration, which, had its inaugural ceremony of its first Ordinary General Assembly.
The event was held at the Hall of Acts of the Division of Law, Politics and Government, place where members and university authorities gathered with the purpose to take oath to the Director's Council 2017-2019 of the School of Professionals.
After the council members took oath, UG's General Rector, Dr. Luis Felipe Guerrero Agripino, highlighted the importance that the graduates of the university community join efforts to create a School in pro of a better society, especially in the complex times the country is in, same that needs union and force of the scholars of the public universities.
On his part, the President of the School of Public Administration, Lic. José Cristian Urrutia Negrete, mentioned that the 20 members who form the school possess a strong social commitment since the Public Administration is a service that must be provided for the citizens, and as any area of knowledge, they need an update and continuous training.
The School has the social objective to group and organize the professionals in Public Administration with the purpose for its social exercise to de done within the widest legal and ethical aspect, in a professional, efficient and responsible manner.
To achieve this purpose, the school has constituted representing organs, direction and consult in the legal defense of recognition between professional peers, to whom they are identified as colleagues.
After the oath and the inauguration of the assembly, a panel for analysis began, in which the current challenges of public administration were addressed.
At the presidium were present: The Director of the Division of Law, Politics and Government, Dr. Eduardo Pérez Alonso; General Director of Professions, School Services and Incorporations, representing the engineer Eusebio Vega Pérez, Secretary of Education of Guanajuato, Juan Carlos Guillén Hernández; the Legal liaison of Campus Guanajuato, representing Dr. Teresita Rendón Huerta Barrera, Rector of Campus Guanajuato, M. Miguel Ángel Cervantes Flores and Rector of Campus León, Dr. Carlos Hidalgo Valadez.
