
Pueblo Nuevo, Gto. February 1, 2017.- With their characteristic enthusiasm, the college students of the Estudiantina of the Division of Engineering of Salamanca, presented in the city of Pueblo Nuevo, to support the festivities of the Virgin of the Candelaria and the Fair la Olla 2017.
As requested by the new families, the merry group made the traditional "street walk" through the main streets of the city and interpreted diverse topics that pleased the public such as "La Lola", "El examen", "Popurrí Mexicano", "Las cintas de mi capa", "Aires vascos", "Luna", among many others.
The director of the House of Culture, M. Blanca Estela Pérez Tinajero, congratulated and recognized the student of engineering of Campus Irapuato-Salamanca of the University of Guanajuato, for supporting the culture, in addition of sharing the spirit and traditions of the Maximum House of Studies.
Master Enrique Flores Cárdenas, director of the estudiantina, transmits its interest for music and singing of the engineering students, who can create emotions in the public by alternating fun, spicy or romantic topics.
It is worth to recognize the participation of all his members, who make a daily effort to approve their subjects and address the demands of their career, but at the same time, persevere to improve their artistic aptitudes, carrying music, singing and part of its essence to traditional cities in the state.
The festivities of the Candelaria and the Fair la Olla are held from January 23 to February 3 and it is an event that gathers families, since part of the community of migrants returns this dates to their homeland to participate in the traditional festivities.
