Guanajuato, Gto., April 5, 2017.- The Third International Health Congress began with the purpose to generate a space for analysis and socialization on the challenges and opportunities that presents the treatment and care from a comprehensive perspective in the different scenarios of the professional performance.
The event will be active until April 7th, and it is organized by the University of Guanajuato (UG) through the division of Health Sciences and Engineering of Campus Celaya-Salvatierra to gather the interested in research and treatment from a comprehensive perspective.
UG's General Rector, Dr. Luis Felipe Guerrero Agripino¸ was responsible of formally inaugurating the congress. He welcomed the students and scholars, to who he invited to continue strengthening research in health.
In addition, he remarked that health is a discipline that doesn't work alone, but widens its field every day to offer better research, teachers and a constant development who addresses the academic transcendence.
He distinguished that UG is an institution committed with the existent research groups, and with the encouragement of creating new knowledge areas.
The Rector of Campus Celaya-Salvatierra, Dr. Graciela Ma. de la Luz Ruiz Aguilar, mentioned that this congress is very important because it promotes the participation of the Mexican students and researchers, as well as they study health referring topics that concern the citizens, for which they seek a solution.
The topic of the Third International Health Congress, is precisely, the comprehensive health: the trends and challenges. Likewise, they'll address topics on psychology, nursing, nutrition and psycho-neuroendocrinology.
The academic bodies who participate in the organization are: "Healthy life style", "Caring at the end of life" and "Bio-psychosocial processes of the evolution".
To the event assisted: the director of the Division of Health Sciences and Engineering, Dr. Israel Enrique Herrera Díaz; the Director of the Department of Engineering and Nursery, M. Martha María del Rosario Tolentino Ferrel and the director of the Department of Clinical Nursing, Dr. Norma Elvira Moreno Pérez.
