Guanajuato, Gto., May 23, 2017.- The 5th number of the Magazine of Academic Divulgation "Punto y Seguido" of the Division of Law, Politics, and Government (DDPG), corresponding to Aug-Dec 2016, was presented to the university community and confirmed as a space with great quality, from and for the students.

The Rector of Campus Guanajuato of the University of Guanajuato (UG), Dr. Teresita de Jesús Rendón Huerta Barrera, was pleased with such tuned product, "in which you can see the effort and love", since it began a successful project, up to date with its contents, art design and the participation of all authors, it has made the project more solid."

During the presentation, Dr. Rendón observed that the magazine is a sample of what the collaboration implies from all major and postgraduate students of the DDPG, and the effort of synergy with other division because the publication isn't only for Law, Political Science or public matter, but its range is wide and important.

This number comprehend five topics: guest author, essay, review, story and poem; all those texts are widely recommended by the Campus Guanajuato's Rector, who invited all the university community to participate in this space that it is not exclusive of a Division.

Finally, she affectively congratulated the youth and invited them to continue with this great project, while the authorities exhorted them to continue supporting these efforts because "it will never be spending but investing in formation and show the creativity and explosion of talent of the university community."

The magazine "Punto y Seguido" is a space which fits all expressions and, since 2013, it is the gathering point for the academic and artistic expressions of DDPG.

For this 5th number's presentation, they invited Aye Bornio, a Law degree graduate and fiction writer, who was pleased that they youth has this space to express and manifested their satisfaction for the quality of the magazine, of which she loved the aesthetics, design, texts and photographs, all with professional quality.

Paola Fernández Lozano, Director of the Magazine, thanked the Campus' Rector for the support for the project, which has a great significance for the editorial team, and for some, is part of the closure of the university time.

The Editorial Committee is formed by Juan Luis Hernández Macías; Cuitláhuac Castillo Camarena; Luis Alfredo García Martínez; Juan Francisco Escamilla; Ignacio Duarte & Fátima Valles; from Art & Design Estefanía Ramírez García & José de Jesús Morales, the latter designed the cover.

Magazine writers: Federica Cirami, as guest author; essays of Sergio Tomás Cossío, Jesús Salvador Escobar, Guendalina Anzolín, Viviana Frausto, Aldo Hernández, Mónica Vázquez, Eduardo Piedra & Nayely Tello.

Review: David Fuente, Juan Francisco Escamilla, Arlet Maldonado & Jacob López; stories are from Octavio Soto and Estefanía Porras and the poems of Diego Illescas, David Rosales & Emmanuel Villagómez.

At the magazine presentation was DDPG's Director, Dr. Eduardo Pérez Alonso, who has followed the project from its beginnings, in addition of professors of the academic body of the Division and students.
