Guanajuato, Gto., June 12, 2017.- After going through the eliminatory phase, four students of High School College (CNMS) of the University of Guanajuato (UG) were selected to form the delegation which will represent the state in the final stage of the International Olympics of Logic, which will be held next September.

The high school students are: Héctor Eduardo Parga Nájera, Josué Irad Galindo de la Serna, Jorge Humberto Martínez González & Varinia Valentina Salazar Barrientos and were advised by the professors Luz Damián and Sandra Rangel.

These young students competed against 62 students from different high school subsystems, through and exam which was held in the facilities of HS Guanajuato.

The Logic Olympics has been organized by the Mexican Association of Logic for fourteen years, and in the last editions, high school students have obtained medals.

Now, these young students begin a training process to represent UG and make a good performance in the following stage, place yet to be defined.
