Guanajuato, Gto., October 2, 2017.- The Division of Economic Administrative Sciences (DCEA) of the University of Guanajuato (UG), offers excellence postgraduates a redesigned program for the the next school cycle. The admission slips are available from September 18 to October 13, while next Saturday, November 4, the admittance exams will be applied.
We are talking about the Master degree in Strategic Direction of Human Capital, Master degree in Administration, which are coordinated, respectively, by Dr. Betzabeth Dafne Morales; M. Ángel Gutiérrez Rodríguez and Dr. Agustín Ruiz Lanuza.
In an interview, the three scholars invited to course any of the postgraduates that are acknowledge for their quality in the national and even international level, with a wide work field both in the public sector as in the private.
Dr. Morales, Coordinator of the Master degree in Strategic Direction of Human Capital, explained that this quarterly postgraduate begins on January 2018 and is designed for those professionals with a basic knowledge on human resources and have at least two years of professional experience, preferably after they graduated.
She also explained that this plan was known as "Master in Administration of Personnel" and lasted five terms, but now, they have included updated subjects and lasts six terms.
Among other requirements, they must have the ability to understand texts and express orally and written in English, and a great interest to promote changes that make a positive impact in the organizations and the people who compose them.
Dr. Ruiz Lanuza highlighted that the Master degree in Administration has the main objective to form people with an analytic and innovating perspective in administration, to be leaders in the diagnostic of problems and in the design and implementation of competitive solutions for the national and international organizations in their environment.
This is very important, he said, because the industrial corridor of El Bajío has a variety of business where administration is important besides the ethical and professional focus, meaning that the administration is always trying to improve both the material and human resources and everything that makes a business function.
This master degree, he remarked, has been taught for nearly 42 years and has been recognized by the National Census of Quality Postgraduates (PNPC) of the National Council of Science and Technology (Conacyt) and has two modes: Part time and Full time and Redesigned program.
In the full time, the students attend from Monday to Friday and commit to finish the degree in two and a half years in exchange of a scholarship from Conacyt, the latter has the amount of nearly 14 minimum wages, and part time students can conclude their studies in more time, according their credits. The period they are offering is January-April 2018.
Finally, M. Ángel Gutiérrez Rodríguez, Coordinator of the Master degree in Fiscal, mentioned that the objective of the postgraduate is to form specialized people with an analytic perspective and constant update that identifies alternatives, makes decisions and implements schemes, manages and advises, applying fiscal, legal, administrative knowledge, using electronic tools in benefit the taxpayers, institutions and society; all this with a humanistic, ethic and responsible sense.
He indicated that the work field for the graduates, as independent accountants, fiscal or accounting advisors, in dependencies from three levels of the government related to fiscal matters, while the applicant's profile is mostly accountants and lawyers, although, they have had graduates in business management and economists.
