
Guanajuato, Gto., October 26, 2017. For the second time, the Forum of Experiences of Youth Brigades for Water Culture was held at the facilities of the HS San Luis de la Paz.
The objective to share experiences and awaken the interests of the students who are actively participating in pro to take care of the water and natural resources, to create awareness on the importance of this vital resource.
During the event, there were workshops, conferences and ludic activities, as well as the exposition of projects to take care and better use of the water, besides of projects who have participated in the Forum Aqueous Space organized by the State Commission of Water.
This forum is the result of the liaison between the high school and the Division of Engineering of Campus Guanajuato, same that summoned all high schools to promote the culture to take care of water.
The director of the high school college, Dr. J. Merced Rizo Carmona, mentioned the importance of taking care of the water and congratulated the brigades that were created a year ago and acquired the commitment to be part of this important activity for our planet.
The General Director of the Social Management of the State Commission of Water, Abraham Soto Ávila, talked about the importance to make these activities since it is a space where all the participants share strategies that are being applied in their school, and, these young students have also participated in the Aqueous Spaces held on last September with an outstanding participation of the students of the University of Guanajuato.
The students who participated mentioned that these forums allow to know the activities made by other peers in the high schools, sharing experiences and adopting strategies to encourage water preservation.
