Celaya, Gto., November 10, 2017.- The Mexican Council of Nursing Certification A.C. (COMCE for is acronym in Spanish), gave quality certificates to professional professors of nursing who have proved to possess the level of competence related with the professional work profile.

"This competence profile is evidenced by the fulfillment of the quality standards of the National System of Nursing Certification, needed to execute the profession", mentioned M. Gabriela Maldonado Muñiz, member of the directors' council at COMCE, making delivery of the quality certificates to teaching nurses of the University of Guanajuato, Campus Irapuato-Salamanca and Campus Celaya-Salvatierra and the Universidad Autonóma de Querétaro.

This time, they handed excellence awards to the nurses Ma. Guadalupe Perea Ortiz, Ma. Laura Ruiz Paloalto, Ma. De Jesús Jiménez González and Juana Dessire Martínez Botello, who also received the Certificate of Quality.

Likewise, they handed the Quality Certificate to the nurses Ma. De Lourdes García Campos, Ma. Elena Huitzache Martínez, Ma. Gloria Vega Argote and Ma. Elena Landeros Pérez.

COMCE is an organism of the Department of Public Education (SEP) that has ideal processes to certify knowledges, experiences and ethical performance of the nursing professionals.

Dr. Ma. de Lourdes García Campos, spoke on behalf of the nurses and mentioned that the certification guarantees they are capable to provide quality services and are updated in their different areas: teaching, assistance, negotiation and innovation.

With this recognition, she added, "we are telling society that we are skillful, capable, and we have knowledge and attitudes to satisfy the needs of the people who are under our care, free of risks during our professional career."

"A quality care implies a worthy treatment and make everything with love and comprehension", emphasized Dr. García Campos, who in 2017 received the Award of the Nursing Merit "Maria Guadalupe Cerisola Salcido".

It is important to mention that Campus Celaya-Salvatierra, was the venue for the certification of COMCE's teaching nurses and this November 18, as part of certification process, fourteen nurses of the University of Guanajuato (venues Guanajuato and Celaya-Salvatierra), from the Universidad Autonóma de Coahuila, and the Clínica Hospital ISSSTE of Celaya, will be evaluated.

The certification methodology applied in the venue Celaya-Salvatierra of UG, fulfills the margins of legal security, impartiality, trust ability, equity, transparence and ethics.

The campus carries out the processes of evaluating the knowledge, skills, capabilities and values in the area of nursing, and so contributes to promote the excellence in the care of patients.
