The community is telling us: we need people with comprehensive formation that promote business initiatives that have an impact on the cities' development", assured Dr. Yamaru del Valle Chirinos at a master conference she gave about Sustainable Entrepreneurship in the University of Guanajuato (UG), Campus Celaya-Salvatierra.

She acknowledged that there's a gap in the participation of higher education institutions in entrepreneurial topics and that it is right inside the universities where it should form, professionalize, accompany and assist the entrepreneurs. "It is fundamental that the students graduate with an entrepreneur project", she said.

So, she invited all who attended to work so Celaya becomes a territory for innovation, since it is a fundamental element to have sustainable entrepreneurship.

She considered that the public policies must be made inside the university, with the students who have the social feeling and must say where to direct the public policies.

She delved by mentioning that the students have a crucial role in the transformation of the low-income societies, who characterize for a reduced productivity and often, the self-employment to survive. And, the formation acquired in the university venue is fundamental for the entrepreneur, because the knowledge will let him face the obstacles that can be present at the beginning of a project.

Speaking about the conditions in which the entrepreneurship occurs in the Latin American countries, highlighted the excess of bureaucratic procedures that exist in the starting process which causes whomever is interested, to refuge in the informality.

Nevertheless, she encouraged the students to entrepreneur and offer solutions to the actual and future needs of the society.
