
Guanajuato, Gto. November 8, 2017.- Based on the dictum issued by the Council for Evaluation of the High Education, A.C. (COPEEMS for its acronym in Spanish), through their Directive Committee to evaluate the educational campus in the country, two high schools of the University of Guanajuato obtained excellent results.
HS Salvatierra obtained the category Campus Level II in the Good Quality Census of the National System of High Education (PBC-SiNEMS, previously known as the National Baccalaureate System), which will be valid for three years.
HS Celaya entered the National Baccalaureate System in the Category Campus Level III.
With these recognitions, two high school campuses of the University of Guanajuato get a place in the good quality census for school in the country.
The latter is granted according the progress and fulfillment with the established in the agreement 14 of the PBC-SiNEMS Directive Committee, to evaluate campuses who request the registry and promotion in such census.
Once these categories are obtained, there is the commitment from the directive, academic and student authorities to, generate programs to orient and tutor the needs of the students; the participation in the evaluation processes determined by the Sub secretary of High Education of the Public Department of Education; and the operation of the school management based in the establishment of goals, objectives, transparency and continuous improvement plans.
Being part of the PBC-SiNEMS must be comprehended, in a way, as a recognition to the good quality of the educational campus who has fulfilled certain aspirations and commitment in exchange of trustworthy commitments.
