Celaya, Gto., November 15, 2017.- Three entrepreneur projects resulted winners in the Pitch that was made during the International Congress "Emprende Innova UG", at Campus Celaya-Salvatierra of the University of Guanajuato (UG), which will obtain a scholarship to carry them out.

The General Direction of Economic Development of the City of Celaya will encourage the winning projects through a scholarship for its incubation, same that will be granted to the entrepreneurs whose initiatives were selected as the most viable and better sustained methodologically. The projects are: Test of angiogenic markers to detect preeclampsia; Healthy vending machine "Barra Verde" and the project "I Wash".

The University of Guanajuato encourages, together with the municipal dependency, projects that have a favorable impact on the society thanks to the agreement of collaboration between the instances. In this case, three projects that address specific social topics, such as health and responsible ecological development, will enter the incubator program.

The first stage of the process will be held in an incubator of the National Institute of the Entrepreneur (INADEM) and will consist in creating the business plan, for which they will receive comprehensive assistance and advice that allows them to create each one of these projects to be self-sustainable in financial, legal, and fiscal aspects and market positioning.

In a second stage, the projects will be enrolled in a financing plan either for the transfer of the incubation model, for equipment or adaptation or remodeling of facilities.

The qualification of the projects in the Pitch was held at the Campus, and it was made by a group of experts formed by businessmen, entrepreneurs and scholars. From the Direction of Economic Development, M. José Jesús López Hernández, also qualified the projects, who attended in representation of Lic. David Orozco Pérez, Director of this organism in the city.

Dr. Eva Lozano Montero, of the academic body of Bio-economy and Bio-development in Organizations and Public Policies of the Division of Social and Administrative Sciences of UG, entity that organized the Congress "Emprende Innova UG", will coordinate with the municipal dependency to support and motivate the young entrepreneurs, until they concrete their business idea.
