127 institutions participated in the summon: public and private universities, research centers and businesses. However, only 57 were approved, among them, the University of Guanajuato, due to its fulfillment of indicators in industrial property, technology transfer, project realization with the sectors, development of prototypes, infrastructure for research and development, habilitation of the academic personnel, among others.
