Her taste for this matter was discovered in middle school and increased in high school, since the first semesters began to participate in physics competitions with outstanding results.

Recently, thanks to her effort and dedication, she won the first place in the physics area at the 13th International Science Competition organized by the Tecnológico de Monterrey.

The aim of this event is for academically-outstanding students in specific areas to be rewarded for their efforts at a level that encourages participation, competition and continuous improvement in the areas of computing, physics, mathematics, chemistry and biology.

The contest took place in Monterrey, a city that Liset traveled to do several tests and go to the final stage, "for this phase you give a problem you have to analyze, then presented before a jury, showing our procedure on a blackboard and the way in which we solve it. "

The triumph in the international science competition filled the young student of the University of Guanajuato with satisfaction as he competed with 700 students. In addition, having won the first place in physics encourages her to continue in the competition to compete in the Latin American Olympiad and in the international physics.

She commented "I am now in training to represent Mexico in the International Olympics that will be in Lisbon and the Ibero-American in Costa Rica."

It is noteworthy that the student also won a silver medal at the National Physics Olympiad last year, "These achievements mean a lot to me because I have shown myself that I am capable of many things that I did not think I would before. I invite all students to find their passion and do what makes them happy no matter what they have to devote many hours a day," she said.
