Celaya, Gto., May 7, 2018.- With 27educative programs and before 10 years after being established, the Campus Celaya-Salvatierra of the University of Guanajuato, is projecting as one of the best educational options in their area of influence, thanks to the daily effort of the university workers.

That is what Dr. Graciela Ma. de la Luz Ruíz Aguilar, Rector of Campus, acknowledged in the ceremony organized this time for the Day of the University Worker, where she reminded that "we have the important labor to configurate the citizens' profile once they graduate from the institutions, they'll be the running engines of our cities and our country."

It was a ceremony held by the academic-administrative community of Campus Celaya-Salvatierra, to thank those who make the work, who during the conference "Reason to live and Work" given during the event, they had the opportunity to reflect about the way in which the work contributes the transcendency of the human beings.

Dr. Graciela Ruiz mentioned that the being and the essence of the institution are the students, who know are accompanied by the team comprised by the university workers, that "every day project on to them the values that distinguishes us as UG bees."

She remarked the actions made from the academy to favor the formation of nurses and therapists, of psychologists and nutrionists, accountants, administrators, marketers and engineers, and each member of the student community; that once they enter the labor world, they'll prove not only the acquired technical skills, but, the human sense UG has formed them with.

The Rector thanked the Campus personnel for their tangible effort done in their second home: The University of Guanajuato. At the end of the event, the workers received a plant, as a symbol of life and the commitment they must preserve life of this community and continue working in the formation of the most important asset: people.
