Guanajuato, Gto., May 10, 2018.- Alfonso Cabrera, a graduate from the degree in International Trade of the Division of Economic Administrative Sciences of the University of Guanajuato (UG), and GameCoder Studios set up an exposition in the Meson de San Antonio called "videojuegos" all this as part of Espiral: Foro Universitario.
GameCoder Studios is a business of Guanajuato that specializes in the development of videogames, interactive applications, programming design for consoles, PC, augmented reality and virtual reality for platforms like tablets, smartphones, among others.
They created the first Latin American videogame published and distributed in the world by Bandai Namco Entertainment.
The commercial director and producer of the business, Alfonso Cabrera, explained that it was founded in 2013 by a group of friends, most of them graduates from the University of Guanajuato, who have worked together to develop social entrepreneurism projects, from the hand of civil and private associations.
This time, Espiral: Foro Universitario, "gave us the opportunity to present two of our intellectual properties in the expo "Videojuegos"; Sophie's Guardian, launched in 2016, first VR (Steam) Mexican game that now has a VR Arcade license in all the world, is a platform that tries to help a girl's teddy bear to save the girl from possessed dolls", he detailed.
He mentioned that a second platform is a videogame about the story and narrative of Atlantis, which they are still developing with a business in Mexico City called Render Farm Studios, which works in 3D modeling, and an animation studio that makes stop motion.
Mentioned also, that GameCoders Studios works in scientific research, training and virtual reality for marketing for several companies, among them: Pepsico and AMGEM Pharmaceuticals.
