premian-cortometrajes-en-la-enms-moroleon-ug-ugtoMoroleón, Gto., June 7, 2018.- The Golden Bee Awards were held, a short film contest made by students of HS Moroleón, who presented the best work on the subject of assertive communication, interpersonal relations and Current problems in communication.

The first edition of the short Film contest was in November 2016 and had the theme "Life skills". In this second edition the theme "Communication" was chosen.

The awards were for: best meaningful message, Angélica Ramírez Albor; Best screenplay, Salvador Alexander Lopez; Best musical ambience, Luis Gabriel Báez Fernández; Best Actor, Luis Leonardo Zamudio Ortiz; Best Actress, Sandra Pantoja Ortega; Best Director, Luis Enrique Cornejo Martínez.

In the category of best short film the first three places were awarded: Alejandro Osvaldo Gaspar, Diana Michelle González Sánchez and Xavier Vargas. In addition, the event also recognized the winners of the rally the Bee games and the winners of the video game contest of the cultural week.

This activity is part of the multidisciplinary project of student health that each semester is carried out by the health promoters; The topic is chosen according to the needs of the ENMS, to promote healthy habits that impact in a positive way in their school, personal and social performance.

During this second edition of the event was more supported by the HS Direction and Student Development, so there was a participation of approximately 180 students, and projected 9 short films.

In total were 54 students who competed within the different categories, also counted the artistic participation of 10 students, who through singing, dancing and poetry showed the talent of the students of the ENMS. Finally, the night was taken by the short film Panta Rei with most of the awards.

The Golden Bee Awards began with a red carpet parade of contestants and guests at the event, later the ceremony was held.

The judges who supported the event were: M. José de Jesús Gallardo Negrete, Director of the high school; Lic. Fernando Gutiérrez Tinoco, theatre master at the high school; the filmmaker Lic. Martin Alexis Calderón Vega, as well as students of the HS Moroleón. For the final decision the votes of the students counted a 50% and equal percentage the decision of the judges.

The event was carried out by the student health team composed of the promoters of the psychology area, Gerson Uziel Ayala Montañez; of nursing, Jorge Alejandro Ramírez Zamudio and Karen Jacqueline Orozco Páramo, under the supervision of the psychologist. Graciela Paulina Velázquez Díaz, Senior Middle School Psychology coordinator.
