Guanajuato, Gto., June 7, 2018.- Derivative of the exchange of collaboration between the High School College (CNMS) of the University of Guanajuato (UG), and the Lycée Sainte Margarite of France participated nine students in the poster contest "There is life here and everywhere", which won the student Sofía Aimee Ortíz Larraga.

The poster represents water as a vital liquid for the survival of living beings, and is focused on marine species. This work was elaborated by the student during a stay of UG's high school students and French students.

For Sofia, a student of the fourth semester at the HS Guanajuato, this achievement represents a great satisfaction, she said that she had the opportunity to participate in the stay in France last year; as a result of the work done formed team with French students who together were recognized by the design of the poster, and added that the cultural meaning in both nations is common.

This is the first time that a student of the CNMS obtains an international recognition by means of a poster, so the Director of the school, Dr. J. Merced Rizo Carmona congratulated the student for having obtained this distinction.
