Moroleón, Gto., June 14, 2018.- Students of the sub system of the high school of the University of Guanajuato (UG) and external institutions participated in the First National Colloquium 2018 organized by the High School College (CNMS).
The objective of the encounter is to promote the research among high school students through the exchange of opinions and experiences in work tables, where they address topics related with methods, techniques and strategies.
During the colloquium they had the participation of students from the eleven high schools of the CNMS, students and professors of the Autonomous Universities of Querétaro, Aguascalientes and San Luis Potosi, as well as the National School of Technical Professional Education (CONALEP) of Veracruz.
The students shared their research in topics of Administration (investment projects, accounting, economy); Arts (history of art, drawing, construction materials, graphic expression, appreciation and artistic expression); Experimental Sciences (chemistry, physics, earth sciences); Communicatio0n (languages, literature, informatics); Formative (sports, tutoring); Humanities (ethics, philosophy, letters); Social sciences (politics, law, history, psychology); Mathematics (statistics, calculus).
Before the protocol act of inauguration, there was a debate coordinated by Dr. J. Merced Rizo Carmona, Director of the CNMS, with Dr. Graciela Ma. De La Luz Ruiz Aguilar, Rector of the Campus Celaya-Salvatierra; Dr. Cristina del Rincón Castro, Professor of the Division de Life Sciences, Campus Irapuato–Salamanca; and Dr. Rigoberto Castro Beltrán, professor of the Division de Sciences and Engineering, Campus León as guests who spoke about "The importance of the Research in the youth".
In his message. Dr. Rizo mentioned the importance of research and congratulated the student community for doing so at an early age; he highlighted that it is part of a comprehensive formation within the Educational Model of the University of Guanajuato and exhorted them to create projects that have an impact in society.
The youth thanked the space to share the experiences of the work done and the opportunity of showing it to partners from other institutions.
