Guanajuato, Gto., September 14, 2018.- In the auditorium of the Division of Law, Politics and government (DDPG) of the Guanajuato Campus of the University of Guanajuato, was presented the book "Administrative Law" of the authorship of Dr. José René Olivos Campos, electoral magistrate in the electoral Tribunal of the State of Michoacán.
The book includes the program of studies of Administrative law of the two semesters of the degree in law of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), as well as other relevant and novel topics: The transparency and accountability, the patrimonial responsibility of the State, citizen participation in administration and public affairs, public ethics, coalition government and global administrative law.
In this way, the work aims to contribute to the study of the teaching of administrative law that is taught in the different disciplines of the social sciences, as they are law, political science, public administration, business administration, international relations, communication sciences, accounting, among others.
As a commentator on the work, Dr. Teresita de Jesús Rendon Huerta Barrera, rector of the Guanajuato Campus, highlighted the relevance of this text so complete for the study of Administrative law, and congratulated the author for the publication of a book that will be useful for all students and interested in the subject.
The book was also commented by Dr. Arturo Lara Martínez, acting magistrate of the specialized Chamber of the Court of Administrative Justice of the State of Guanajuato and Dr. Monserrat Olivos Fuentes, research professor in the Department of Law; while the presentation was moderated by Dr. Guillermo Rafael Gómez Romo de Vivar, researcher Professor of the Department of Law.
