Guanajuato, Gto., October 15, 2018.- With a time of 6 minutes, 52 seconds, 87 cents in the test of 2000 meters with obstacles, the high school student (ENMS) of Guanajuato, Arian Iveth Chia Hernandez broke the Mexican youth record in the final of the Youth Olympic Games held in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The great work carried out by the hand of his coach, Professor Cecilio Blancarte Godínez, also paid off by positioning herself as the best Latin American runner by taking place 11 of the competition above the competitor of Brazil.

Chia Hernández competed with 18 more athletes, representatives of major powers of this specialty such as Kenya and Ethiopia.
