-The National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies (CONOCER) assessed compliance with the promotion of excellence in operation and service to users.

Silao, Gto. October 24, 2018.- The National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor competencies (CONOCER) conducted the first audit of the certification and evaluation entity of the University of Guanajuato (ECE UGTO 176-14).

The audit evaluates the fulfillment of the general rules and criteria for the integration and operation of the national system of competencies, as well as the agreement of the accreditation contract, signed between CONOCER and University of Guanajuato, which establishes the obligation to promote excellence in operation and service to users.

On Thursday October 11, 2018, the audit process took place, which gave a favorable result for the institution.

In the activities participated, by CONOCER, Diana Yurani Roa Puentes and on the part of the entity, Dr. Jesús Martínez Patiño, General Coordinator of the VIDA UG Ecosystem.

It is important to mention that through the National Competence System the National Council for Standardization and Certification of Labor Competencies (CONOCER) "seeks that Mexico has more competent entrepreneurs, workers, teachers, students and public servants." In the understanding that "people's competencies are knowledge, skills and individual attitudes, that is, those skills that make them capable of developing an activity of excellence in their working life".

In this way, the University of Guanajuato reaffirms its commitment to the development of competition standards and training, evaluation and certification solutions that positively impact the priority activities of its community.
