These institutions have maintained a collaborative scheme to offer inter-agency programs for over 20 years. The result of this joint work is currently seven programs, five of them PhD and two masters, said the Director of Support for Research and Postgraduate (DAIP) de la UG, Dr. Mauro Napsuciale Mendívil.
These postgraduate courses are: Inter-institutional Architecture program (which has an international level of competence), inter-institutional doctorate in law, inter-institutional doctorate in psychology, inter-institutional doctorate in art and culture, Interinstitutional doctorate in Social Solidarity economy (the only one that is not in the National Census of Quality Postgraduate [PNPC], for being of recent creation), the master in livestock production, and the inter-institutional master in protected agriculture.

On the impact of these academic programs offered jointly by RCO Universities, the Director of research and postgraduate support stated that they favor the formation of high-level human resources, and the main benefit is for students, who – being immersed in an interinstitutional collaboration scheme — develop a much broader vision, as well as greater capabilities.
It is important to mention that this scheme of interinstitutional collaboration has been recognized by the PNPC of the National Council of Science and Technology (CONACYT) as the most successful and structured of the country, and its characteristics have been reflected in the new framework of reference for the evaluation of this type of postgraduate.
