Salamanca, Gto. November 27, 2018.- The engineering division of the University of Guanajuato (UG) and the National Union of Electro mechanic Constructors (UNCE) started a training program in the field of installations, materials and applications of the electromechanical sector.

The training is for students of the Division of Engineering and is remote for members of the UNCE, through the implementation of a program taught by staff of the Division, jointly with companies affiliated to the business organization.

Eng. Juan Manuel Laurencio Silva, coordinator of the National Training System National Union of Electromechanical constructors, said that recognized world-class companies in the field of Electromechanics will give the university knowledge a practical one that dominates the operational, technical and system management personnel, when they reach the companies speak the same language and have the same preparation.

The Director of the engineering division, Dr. Víctor Ayala Ramírez, recognized the union of entrepreneurs for allowing students to know firsthand the equipment, standards and aspects necessary to make the transition between the university and the company easier.

The first session was overseen by a director of Sigma Solutions Consulting Group with the subject of electrical safety in low voltage, whose objective was to make known the essential aspects for the safe work in low tension and the behavior of the energy in those jobs.

The Rector of Campus Irapuato-Salamanca, Dr. Armando Gallegos Muñoz considered in the era of technology the challenges are very big, but to have the support of the entrepreneurs is an incentive for the university students.

On September 15, 2017 a general collaboration agreement was signed between la UG and the UNCE for the development of projects of common interest, as well as the development of training programmes that provide common benefits through the establishment of specific agreements.

Therefore, this is the first of other projects that are contemplated in the agreement of collaboration's framework to impact on the education of the students of the Salamanca venue of the University of Guanajuato.
