Guanajuato, Gto., March 5, 2019.- "El Derecho Aduanero Actual", it is the name of the book coordinated by Dr. Felipe Moreno Yebra (University of Guanajuato, Mexico), Dr. Santiago Ibañez Marsilla (University of Valencia, Spain) and Dr. Germán Pardo Carrero (University of Rosario, Bogotá, Colombia) which hopes to see the public light In this 2019. The project was born from the agreements signed between the universities concerned and the affinities in the research lines of the researchers; the participants are members of the International Academy in Customs Law, which highlights the importance of the work.
In an interview, Dr. Felipe Moreno Yebra, academician of the degree in international trade of the Division of Economic and Administrative Sciences (DCEA) of UG's Guanajuato Campus, said that "the three of us (Pardo Carrero, Ibañez Marsilla and Moreno Yebra) planned a work that would be for us the most important of the last -more or less- 60, 70 years in the field of customs law worldwide, and we have catalogued it as the most important, because a work that represents the effort of more than two authors, it's unlikely."
The purpose is for this work to become the basis for those who carry out postgraduate studies in customs law; It is envisaged to make two or three volumes, the first of which would be ready this year. "The current Customs law" will have the participation of more than 40 specialists from twelve countries and is intended to make the editorial presentation in the coming months.
In this regard, Dr. Moreno Yebra commented that they expect it to be presented at the annual Congress of the International Academy of Customs Law which will be-the headquarters of this Congress-this year in Seville, Spain; "We hope that in September and the work is ready to be presented there, and in those months that continue we could move to be present in both Bogota, and here in Mexico, we will see with time and management of resources so that it can be presented , we're talking about three volumes."
Previously, in 2016, doctors Moreno Yebra and Pardo Carrero had coordinated a similar work in Mexico, published by a renowned publisher, the work is titled "Customs Law and international trade", but the work they will launch this year aims to have Larger reaches.
Dr. Moreno Yebra has a degree in international trade from the University of Guanajuato; Master in Fiscal from the University of Guanajuato and PhD in Fiscal matters from the Autonomous University of Durango, Zacatecas Campus; He is also the author and editor of the book 'Method for the study of Customs and tax regulations, and his application to the Customs law' which he himself uses as a text to impart his classes in the degree of international trade at the University of Guanajuato.
