Tierra Blanca, Gto., May 29, 2019.- Students from the Northeastern Interdisciplinary Center of the University of Guanajuato (CINUG) implemented the activity called Learning communities in the kindergarten "Lic. Ignacio Ramírez" in the Community Cano de San Isidro, municipality of Tierra Blanca, Gto.
Students of the program of Food Engineering participated in the project born of the matter of communication, with the purpose of fomenting the coexistence, prevention, communication and education among children of the preschool level, in an activity that involved Plus the parents.
In this way, those who attend the second semester of food Engineering put their knowledge into practice by implementing strategies to improve communication among members of various groups that start their school stage, disseminating the processes of the Preparation of food and its derivatives.
70 people gathered this activity, whose responsibility is Professor Alexandra Blas Alvarado, and in which the students improve the relationships between them and their field of work, the experiences reinforce their knowledge in the area communicative and processes, Developed by observing and dealing with the group comprised of the small, their mothers and parents who also participated as volunteers.
Since it began operations in the northeast, the CINUG has distinguished itself by working with a social and humanist approach to its environment, carrying out activities that allow them to be in contact with the children of the region, the basic level and the upper middle level.
The program of food engineering that is imparted in the Interdisciplinary Center the Northeast forms whole graduates with the capacity to manage, design and innovate processes for the safe and innocuous production of food with high quality, aware of the Impacts on the environment and the society in which it is immersed.
