
Guanajuato, Gto., November 18, 2015.- In a breakfast-conference held in the facilities of the Division of Economic Administrative Sciences (DCEA for its acronym in Spanish), a new plan was presented for the master in Organizational Development, that from January 2016, it will be more flexible for student to choose learning units, more degree obtaining options and new contents that address the current social needs.
At the encounter, students, academics, directors, and people responsible of human capital in the Bajío region, highlighted that the deadline for the admission applications is the next November 20, 2015.
Dr. Claudia Susana Gómez López, director from the Division of Economic Administrative Sciences from Campus Guanajuato, organized this event, which had the purpose to know the last design of the Master in Organizational Development, and the speaker was Dr. Héctor Efraín Rodríguez de la Rosa, pro vost from the University of Guanajuato, as an expert in organizational development.
Dr. Rodríguez de la Rosa shred his experience as a consultant in such knowledge area. He has seen the evolution of an organizational development focused in helping improve things within organizations to one that supports leaders so organizations can fulfill their reason to be, be that maintaining in the market –in the case of private companies—o efficiently provide a service –in the case of public institutions or non-governmental organizations.
The Master in Organizational Development has the objective to form professionals with a systematic and comprehensive focus who observe, understand and think on people and organization's needs; that design and ease change processes, development and transformation and possibly improve life quality, greater sustainable prosperity in organizations and constructing better societies.
