Guanajuato, Gto., 25 de noviembre de 2015.- At the University General Council Hall from the University of Guanajuato, was the scenario to present the literary work "Derecho Municipal Multinacional" (Multinational City Law) that analyzes the city in its ontological and phenomenological complexity, integrated by twenty-eight unedited works or renowned juries from fourteen nations.
This work has the objective to deploy new focuses for City Law, which through time has managed to establish as an autonomous discipline and the director from the Division of Law, Politics and Government from the University of Guanajuato, Dr. Teresita de Jesús Rendón Huerta Barrera, coordinated it.
During the event, the general rector from the University of Guanajuato, Dr. Luis Felipe Guerrero Agripino, said that to talk about a consolidation of a constitutional state there has to be a commitment with the citizens and the federal level giving the political, economic and legal place to the city.
He congratulated Dr. Rendón Huerta Barrera who contributed in this work and for their contribution in the legal matter of society, because currently, he assured, you cannot talk about evolution or city transcendence of Mexico without the contributions from the director of the Division of Law, Politics and Government.
Likewise, Dr. Teresita de Jesús Rendón Huerta Barrera said that the city struggles so the people can have a worthy life occupying in everyday and simple but important things. With more than 500 years from this institution in the country, for Dr. Rendón Huerta is necessary to vindicate its democratic principles and freedom.
She abounded that the book is an encounter of intellectual affinities, because it constitutes the fundamental core in a local level but transcends the city and the human being who deserves respect, consideration and attention.
The commentator, Dr. Jo´se Félix Palomo Manchego, considered that in this book of Multinational City Law, now more than ever, converges freedom and solidarity without losing sight of the cultural identity. He added that there is a tune covered by constitutional base in this book that will serve as a tool for juries to keep encouraging peace, justice and freedom.
On his behalf, the commentator Dr. Iván Dario Tenaglia, highlighted that it is necessary that the representativeness steps out of fiction without being a social deceit, so there could be a democracy with alternation, with periodic functions creating a city regulation necessary to bring down apathy in great part of the city.
The construction of the contemporary City Law demands new sources and requires the task from researchers with the purpose to link academy with the social problems, hence, it is very significant that renowned juries from different latitudes have collaborated in this work with transcendent contributions.
During the event, the Rector from Campus Guanajuato from UG, Dr. Javier Corona Fernández, was present.
