Guanajuato, Gto., December 9, 2015.- In reunion with authorities from Guanajuato's City Hall, the General Rector from the University of Guanajuato, Dr. Luis Felipe Guerrero Agripino, exhorted to strengthen the interinstitutional collaboration.

The Council Room from UG held the meeting, where the General Rector reiterated the support for the college community in the expertise of the City Hall.

In this sense, he remarked the calling for service and inter-discipline from the institution contributes in optimizing related topics with the educative and security areas among others.

The city hall and university authorities analyzed the opportunity areas the institution has through several locations, as well as the link and projects in benefit of the society in Guanajuato.

Pro vost from the University of Guanajuato, Dr. Héctor Efrain Rodríguez de la Rosa, Academic Secretary, Dr. José Luis Lucio Martínez; Rector from Campus Guanajuato, Dr. Javier Corona Fernández and the Director from the High School College, Mrs. Martha Oliva Gallaga Ortega participated in the work meeting.

In representation of the City's Mayor, Edgar Castro Cerrillo, the City Hall Secretary, Carlos Torres Ramírez, accompanied by the Director of culture and education, Alejandra Espinosa Andreu; Director of Urban development and Environmental protection, René Martínez Rios; Director from Public Constructions, Héctor Morales Ramírez; Director of Citizen Safety, Christian Ortiz Muñiz and the Director of City's Public Services, Ludovico Mata Vega, among other officers.
