
Guanajuato, Gto., December 12, 2015.- From the last eight years to today, the bachelor degree in Interior Design has been positioning even more, not only in demand of the student enrolling, but for the commercial and entrepreneurial link with the graduate, whose projects are requested in the touristic, construction and particular sectors.
That is what M. Maria Concepción Rodríguez Argote, Head of the Department of Design in Campus Guanajuato, after attending the photo expo of thrity-three students who concluded their semester.
On the matter, M. Araceli Arroyo Rodríguez, coordinator of Interior Design, explained that the final expo of the works with the students, was to show what students do and attract real customers in need of a design, that transcends beyond "cute spaces" but be functional and client specific, from fabrics to hotels, construction company, malls and even particulars who seek to remodel a space.
Professors Alejandro Albino Santoyo, who teaches the photography class "Photography of the interior space", reminded that the expo was part of the final evaluation done at the end of the semester. He informed that the works exposed from the thirty-three students not only from design, but also from architecture, chemistry, plastic arts and philosophy.
Ruth Hernández, who currently is taking the seventh semester, commented that for the work they had practice tours in downtown, in the Bufa and other places to take pictures that each one liked, shadows, contrasts, details, smoke effects.
