
Guanajuato, Gto., December 18, 2015. Starting from the school period that begins in January 2016, the admission enrollment will increase 100% for the bachelor degree in Law which is offered by the University of Guanajuato, one of the degrees with the most demand in the institution.
The General Rector from the University of Guanajuato, Dr. Luis Felipe Guerrero Agripino, showed that historically 45 students were admitted per semester, but from January 2016, 90 students will be admitted.
He explained that those spaces held administrative offices, now there will be more classrooms and cubicles in the Division of Law, Politics and Government (DDPG for its acronym in Spanish) "We have to bring to an academic life those spaces" and increase our enrollment", emphasized Dr. Guerrero Agripino.
At par, the professor staff will increase in the Department of Law, which currently addresses an approximate number of 460 students.
The bachelor degree in Law, taught at Campus Guanajuato is one with the most demand in the Maximum House of Studies from the state, each semester more than 600 admissions are issued.
Its academic quality is renowned in the world, in 2014 obtained the accreditation from the International Institute of Accreditation of Law, A.C. (IIDEA for its acronym in Spanish), the first granted by this organism to a Latin American university.
To achieve such international recognition, UG's bachelor degree in Law had to cover 185 indicators, among them stands out that high quality academic staff, students who transcend beyond the classrooms, infrastructure and support equipment, research, linkage, institutional regulation, academic-administrative management, planning process and evaluation and financial & administrative management.
