Guanajuato, Gto., a 21 de enero de 2016.- Dr. Javier Corona Fernández, Rector of Campus Guanajuato, welcome almost 300 young students who are going to enter the seven degrees offered by the Division of Economic-Administrative Sciences (DCEA), to whom exhorted to take the opportunity in one of the best educational institutions in the country.

The University of Guanajuato through their graduates, said Rector Corona Fernández, has contributed to the development of the state and keeps doing so through their quality programs, he highlighted.

He remarked that DCEA is the largest division of the University, with approximately three thousand students and a vast educational offer with the commitment to form professionals to fully execute activities in the fundamental areas of development in the country, for example the richness management, industry development, improvement processes for productivity, management of many touristic resources that the state and country have, the internal and external trade, among others, all of them with direct influence in the social wellbeing.

In the induction ceremony for the degrees at DCEA, to which not only the accepted applicants assisted, but also their families, they were given the regulations, information and necessary documents for their admission administrative process, to one division that has around 2,700 students in all its programs.

In his opportunity, M. Velino Esteves Jiménez, Academic Secretary of DCEA, representing Dr. Claudia Susana Gómez López, Director of the Division, thanked the parents, the trust given to enroll their children into this house of studies and exhorted the youth to maintain their learning attitude.

Beginning next Monday 25th, almost 300 new students will enroll, to any of the seven degrees at DCEA, among them: Industrial Relations accepted 51 students; Touristic Resources Management- 28, International Trade –with the greatest number of accepted applicants—107, 12 for Administrative Information Systems, 53 for Public Accountant and 45 for Quality and Productivity Management.

At the ceremony, Dr. Claudia Gutierrez Padilla, Academic Secretary of Campus Guanajuato; M. Teresa Elizarrarás Arellano, Academic Services Liaison; M. Domingo Herrera, Director of the Department of Organizational Studies; Dr. J. Refugio Vallejo Gutiérrez, Director of the Department of Economy and Finance were also present.

Likewise, M. Judith Marisol Rincón, coordinator of the Quality and Productivity Management degree; M. Walter Daniel Cisneros Mújica, coordinator of the Touristic Resource Management degree; M. Anabel Flores Meza, coordinator of the International trade degree; M. Héctor Fabián Gutiérrez, coordinator of the Public Accountant degree; M. María del Carmen Lerma Villafaña, coordinator of the Economy degree and M. Juán Iván Vázquez García, coordinator of the Industrial Relations degree; M. Ricardo Alfaro Cuellar, coordinator of the Administrative Information Systems degree.
