Guanajuato, Gto. February 17, 2016.- "The VI International Colloquium on Complex Thinking" at UG was officially inaugurated. Organized by the Department of Philosophy of the Division of Social Sciences and Human Studies of the University of Guanajuato (UG), an event that will have the participation of researchers, professors and students from several learning areas to generate new multidisciplinary knowledge.

It will occur from February 17 to 19, 2016 in the Magnus classrooms of Campus Guanajuato at the University of Guanajuato; with several conferences from the philosophic part until chemical structures with work tables related to topics in Philosophy, Law, Social Sciences, Analysis of the Contemporary Violence and Aesthetics.

It will have the participation of researchers in Philosophy, Physics, Sociology, Management and Law, from the University of Guanajuato, "Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM)", and other universities from the Mexican republic as well as foreign researchers.

During the inauguration ceremony, in representation of the General Rector of the University of Guanajuato, Dr. Luis Felipe Guerrero Agripino, the Academic Secretary of this house of studies, Dr. José Luis Lucio Martínez said that the topic of complexity is amazing and that through these days, UG's researchers will address it, under the specialization of their disciplines to forge new plural-disciplinary knowledge.

On his behalf, Rector of Campus Guanajuato, Dr. Javier Corona Fernández said that this project had been proposed ten years ago in a systematic fashion, making a series of links with other disciplines, so UG researchers could participate as well as from other institutions, collaborating as part of the tutorial committee. In addition, he said that thanks to these six colloquiums they have done many publications under the topic of contemporary research and this will be handled towards violence.

Finally, the Director of the Department of Philosophy, Dr. Rodolfo Cortés del Moral expressed that reaching a sixth edition has been thanks to the joint work with several disciplines, as well as the interest from researchers, professors and students to make a crescent expansion for the complexity. He said that this colloquium is not about a set of aspects, but a slope that seen in many dimensions, of knowledge and the reconfiguration that exists today, that represent the general culture.
