
Guanajuato, Gto., February 26, 2016.- Monday, February 29th begins the issuing of admission certificates for the interested in taking any of the four master degrees offered by the Division of Economic-Administrative Sciences (DCEA) this semester: Administration, Fiscal, Personnel Management and Organizational Development.
Dr. Diana del Consuelo Caldera González, Academic Coordinator of Postgraduates at DCEA and Dr. Laura Elena Zárate Negrete, Administrative Coordinator of Postgraduates from the same division, informed that the four master degrees have a professionalizing orientation and they are under the modality of part time, except the master in Administration, which also has the full-time modality.
They explained that three times a year they open inscriptions, meaning, every quarter, so there are enrollments in January-April, May-August and September-December; but this time, the enrollment in May is near, whose admission process begins this February 29th and concludes on March 18th, to begin classes in May.
The master degree in Fiscal focuses on updating all the students in the Fiscal Reform, subject that every year changes and in fact is a program in which at least 80% of the professors, come from fiscal offices, which guarantees the formation of professionals capable of interpreting and synthetizing different schemes of national and international taxation.
The master degree in Organizational Development has a totally redesigned program, they informed, and barely the first generation began in January; therefore, with the new plan, the objective of this program is to form people with a comprehensive and systemic focus, and in some way address all the people and organizations' needs through considering all the local environment that surrounds us as the multi-culturalism and sustainability of the organizations to build a better society.
The master degree in Personnel Management, seeks to form professional capable of designing, developing and applying modern techniques in management in the processes of incorporation, permanence and development of workers, meaning, review the profiles required by the organization, performance evaluation, and human talent acquisition which is the most important thing in an organization and seek for the development of the personnel.
And finally the master degree in Administration, which is accredited before the "Consejo Nacional de Ciencia y Tecnología (CONACYT)", and subscribed in the National Census of Quality Postgraduates, besides being the only one with part time and full time modalities. The general objective of this master degree, has to do with the comprehension, design and development of models that manage to reach organizational efficiency in different sectors.
Dr. Caldera González, highlighted that the profile for both students and professors, covers the different sectors of society, as from the industry and government; since the educational programs at DCEA safeguard above all the social commitment, the ethics, sustainability and in a way all these factors propitiate a healthy environment in organizations through an effective administration.
All the masters last 2 years per programs and the issuing of admission certificates will be from February 29th to March 18th, the admission exam or in its case the interview in on April 16fh, to begin classes on May 20th and 21st, from Monday to Saturday.
