Guanajuato, Gto., March 7, 2016.- Dr. Barry Bozeman, Director of the Research Center and Organizational Design from the University of Arizona, was a guest of the Division of Law, Politics and Government of Campus Guanajuato; in the third module of the "Programa para Mejorar la Excelencia Académica: Instituciones, Políticas Públicas y Análisis Comparado 2016" (Program to improve the academic excellence: institutions, public policies and compared analysis 2016), class which has the participation of professors from the Departments of Public Management and Political Studies and Government.
Within the Excellence class activities, on Monday morning, there was the presentation of the book "Gestión Pública y Buen Gobierno en México. Diálogos, preocupaciones y propuestas", coordinated by David Arellano Gault and Fernando Patrón Sánchez, edition 2015 and edited by the University of Guanajuato, University Editions, Collection: Josefa Teresa de Busto y Moya. Also present in the presentation was the M. Rosa María Pérez Vargas.
It is about a publication made within the Institutional Program of Excellence Classes of the University of Guanajuato that proposes a series of argued works in the International Colloquium about good government celebrated in the University of Guanajuato in October 2014, responsible of the Department of Public Management of the Division of Law, Politics and Government.
The same speaker will give this Tuesday a research seminar "Predicting jpob satisfaction among university and faculty: who is satisfied and why" and in the afternoon, the discussion table "Public organizations, perspectives and changes in the actuality", that has the participation of Dr. Jorge Culebro Moreno (UAM-Cuajimalpa); Dr. Edgar Ramírez (CIDE); Dr. José de Jesús Ramírez (UG) and, at the end of the discussion, the book "política de salud y desempeño organizacional. El Seguro Popular en México" will be presented.
For the Department of Public Management, is the second time they have a program of Excellence classes, in which the academic body with the name "Government, Organization and Institutions in the Globalization context" participates, and has as responsible the Director of the Department of Public management, Dr. Fernando Díaz Pérez; while the responsible for the project of classes is Dr. Fernando Barrientos del Monte.
