He explained that in the workshops, they integrated a research team and another of basic transformation. With the first, they seek to contribute with businesses to influence in their continuous improvement processes. While in the second, they make activities using relatively simple equipment to determine the quality of products.

To conclude, Dr. Mendoza Carrillo expresses that the primordial objective of this labor is related with the topic of public health, since they pretend to deliver products of quality to feed properly.
