
Guanajuato, Gto., April 14, 2016. In the auditorium Victor Manuel Villegas from the venue Belen from Campus Guanajuato, from April 13 to 15, occurred the activities from the seventh edition of the International Congress of Arts from the Division of Architecture, Art and Design (DAAD) from Campus Guanajuato from the University of Guanajuato.
After the inauguration, presided by the Architect. Juan Martín Aguilera Morales, Director of DAAD, began the academic event with the conference "Metaphors of politics", by Miguel Corella Lacasa, head professor of the "Universidad Politécnica de Valencia", Spain. As well as the first of eight work tables distributed in the three days the Congress lasts.
In the work tables that continue Thursday, 14 and Friday 15, academics from Cuba, Spain, Hungary, Italy and Mexico will expose their approach to visual arts, music, dance and design, sacred art, museums, literature, city, everything related to the matter in this edition: "Poetics, products and possibilities."
The objective is to offer students and people interested in the artistic fact, an approach to the theoretical, thoughtful and esthetic work from the current multidiscipline, as well as to strengthen the learning-teaching processes and the research groups from the own postgraduate in Arts.
The congress closes on Friday 15 at 12:30 pm, with the conference from the Spanish academic Juan Martín Prada: "Artistic practices on internet in the time of social network", homonymous title from the published book by the author, which presented also during the congress.
