Guanajuato, Gto., April 15, 2016.- Four students and graduates from the University of Guanajuato (UG) received a recognition from the State Government through the "Secretaría de Desarrollo Económico Sustentable" and "Coparmex Leon", for being part of the second generation and have satisfactorily concluded the program "Capacitación sin fronteras" (Training without frontiers) in the period 2015.

The award ceremony was held in the facilities at the plant "Samot" in the Industrial Park, place where government authorities gathered from the areas of education and economic development from the state.

"Capacitación sin fronteras" is a project that seeks the link between theory and practice, incorporating the student in companies to develop their professional capabilities, providing a comprehensive training, which, composes from a first phase developed in a company in the state of Guanajuato and the second phase abroad, achieving that the students are hired at the end of the phases.

Equally, at the event were present the youth who compose the third generation of "Capacitación sin fronteras", such is the case of the student from the Quality Management and Productivity degree from the University of Guanajuato, Jesús Francisco López García, who will travel to Germany to make a three-month training stay, he currently works for a headlight company in such country.

"I hope to grow culturally, professionally and as a person, I would like to train so later come back and share the knowledge in my country. The University of Guanajuato has been a great encouragement to have this opportunity now" said Jesús Francisco.

Another of the benefited students in this third generation is Mario Zorrilla, student from the Chemical Engineering degree from UG, who will travel to US to learn more about metallurgy, technique which the company he works with uses.

"When you go into a company, you can see that the learned knowledge in the University of Guanajuato can be applied to the industry. I hope my stay in US gives lots of results" expressed Mario.

It is precise mentioning that in the program also participates the Student José Miguel Bernal and all students are from the University of Guanajuato, graduates from the second generation are Victor Hugo Arzola, RaúL Garza, Daniel Pérez and Victor Manuel Martínez. The students have received the support from their professors, workers, and authorities from the University of Guanajuato to access such international training.
