Guanajuato, Gto., May 5, 2016.- As part of the activities of the seventh edition of Espiral University Forum, there was an homage –called "Teslacoils"—for the distinguished inventor Nikola Tesla, through a stage that fused a multidisciplinary project which included dance, theater and visual arts.

This event was presented at Teatro Principal, enclosure that received the enthusiast attendees, who observed a very nurtured spectacle with visual projections, music and movement.

Such homage was a production of Espiral Forum of the University of Guanajuato together with the students from the "Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México" and the Division of Architecture, Art and Design of Campus Guanajuato. Equally, intervened in the production of the artists, José Alcántar, Yuriana Lara and Alejandro Barba.

Nikola Tesla was a Serbian inventor and at the same time, he developed his work in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering and Physics. Tesla's brilliance and creativity motivated the scene, since it was based in the vision he had in the future.

For such reason, the spectacle managed to lure the public into the singular mind of Nikola tesla, with the futuristic representation of the world, to which the scientist dedicated his works throughout his life.

The function was composed by abstract and lilting views that addressed different rhythms, conquering the public from the very first instant.

For the viewer's delight, the artists fused physical elements such as screens, fluorescent lamps, Tesla coil set up and light harmoniously incorporated to a dance that represented the ingenuity of the character, his ideas and the impact these had in the world.

The spectators enjoyed the show and were satisfied, proof of it was the prolonged applause granted for the participants.

The event was integrated by: the coil creators, Ana Gabriela Morales Segoviano; Ana Lourdes Zamarripa Aguirre; Hilda Gabriela Martínez González; and Rodolfo Ferro Pérez (member of Espiral); of the artistic concept and the script, Karla Elizabeth Tinoco Segoviano; and Rodrigo Andrade Álvarez.

The choreography was made by Ileana Carolina Espíndola (member of Espiral); professors who advised in the construction of the coils were: José Juan Carreón Barrientos and Luis Alberto García Ramírez.
