Guanajuato, Gto., Mayo 5, 2016.- The growth as human beings and the huge satisfaction to see a smile in the face of children with serious economic shortcomings, was what allowed a group of students from Campus Guanajuato to take a present to little children in hill communities: El Chocolate, San José el Gacho and El Cuervito, besides the General Hospital's shelter to donate some toys.

An initiative of the members of the "FoundatioN RI" and through the Area of Strengthening the Student from the Division of Economic-Administrative Sciences (DCEA) led by M. Angélica OImos; from the Coordination of Encouragement to the Comprehensive Development of the Student (CIDIE); MIEL UG, AIESEC, UG Dialogues and PANAL's board at DCEA, as well as the organization of students from the degree in International Trade, among other organizations, they though to offer a present for children's day.

Through the coordinator of Psychology of the Program of Student Health executed through CIDIE, Reina Martínez Zavala, and focused in potentiate the students, they thought in an activity in which they were in contact with the most vulnerable society.

This social project to support communities, the work was from all the students, who negotiated and searched alternatives, made the toy and gifts collection, where they collected 740 pieces.

It is sought that the projects are feasible, evaluable and continue in future generations, such as "DCEA for them" which occurs in November, where they deliver pantries and blankets for the cold season, but now, for the first time, they thought in a collect for children's day, and trust this will continue for next generations of students.

The young Sergio Ramírez Quiróz, from DCEA, highlighted that besides planning and the collect, they sought to involve many more students through workshops, for example, in the area of Psychology, they offered the workshop of assertive communication, Foundation RI a marketing workshop; the Board, a workshop of Japanese food, among others, while the University of Guanajuato supported with the vehicle and food.

Mariola Serrano, Psychology intern, observed that for first time, many areas joined a same project, as well as many students from different units that appreciate unity without competitiveness and altruism. Participated in an equal measure, Carmen Almanza Sandoval, from Foundation Ri; María José Abreu Abreu, Coordinator of Dialogues and Violeta Mendoza, Coordinator of the Media area.

On her part, Dulce Espinosa from the AIESEC organization, highlighted the great participation of all members of the committee, since each one of the objectives is the social responsibility, without turning in an assisting act but an educational function with families and their spaces.
