Guanajuato, Gto., Mayo 16, 2016. The book "La responsabilidad social empresarial de las PYMES del Estado de Guanajuato" was presented, the text where several scholars from the Maximum House of Studies from the Division of Economic-Administrative Sciences (DCEA) from Campus Guanajuato, participated.
In the presentation ceremony, Dr. Javier Corona Fernández, Rector of Campus Guanajuato, congratulated who collaborated in the text with the pertinence of their research, he highlighted that it is through the word that constructs the link between thought and university know-how, and so it is important to strengthen the academic labor in UG through high level editorial publications.
In that sense, he celebrated the publication of the research from the scholars as a generous act because it divulges the knowledge, promotes culture and approaches university life to society, in this case, the small and medium businesspeople in the state in the topic of social, environmental, labor and human right responsibility, among others.
The Rector of Campus Guanajuato also highlighted the fact, that in text participated not only members from the academic community from the University of Guanajuato, but from other institutions such as the "Universidad Tecnológica de León", "Universidad Tecnológica Laja-Bajío", "Universidad Iberoamericana de León", "Universidad Autónoma de Aguascalientes" and the "Instituto Socioeconómico de las Empresas y Organizaciones (ISEOR) and Lyon, France.
In the presentation of the text, also participated, Lic. Guillermo Romero Pacheco, Secretary of Sustainable Economic Development from the state of Guanajuato; Dr. Veronique Zardet, IESOR's General Director and Dr. Eva Conraud Koellner, professor-researcher from the Department of Management and Direction of Businesses and coordinator of the book.

The presented text is a product of the research work validated by CONCYTEG within the framework of the summon title "Young researchers" from 2014, under the coordination of Dr. Eva Conraud Coellner, professor-researcher at DCEA, Campus Guanajuato; from Dr. José Felipe Ojeda Hidalgo, professor-researcher from the "Universidad Tecnológica de Guanajuato" and M. Guillermo Silvino Lira Torres, full-time professor from DCEA, Campus Guanajuato.
Also joined, professor-researchers who are experts in the matter of Business Social Responsibility from diverse universities in the state of Guanajuato and the state of Aguascalientes.
In every chapter, they analyze the dimensions of the Business Social Responsibility: human rights, work practices, environment, just practice of operation, consumers, active participation and development of the community and governability, with a specific focus to Pymes from the state of Guanajuato. The book is published by Parsons Editorial.
In the ceremony were also present, M. Velino Esteves Jiménez, Academic Secretary at the DCEA; Dr. Henri Savall, president and founder of IESOR; Dr. José Felipe Ojeda Hidalgo, professor from the Universidad Tecnológica de Guanajuato Sede Cortazar and Coordinator of the book and M. Guillermo Lira Torres, professor-researcher from the Department of Organizational studies and coordinator of the book.
