
Celaya, Gto., Mayo 17, 2016.- Within activities of the 7th Latin American Congress of Marketing (latino.MKT), it was signed the multilateral intention letter for collaboration between the "Universidad Nacional de Asunción" in Paraguay, the "Organización Latinoamericana de Administración" and the University of Guanajuato through campus Celaya-Salvatierra.
The document comprehends activities such as the realization of common research projects, exchange of results and research methodologies; publication of research results, events realization such as forums, seminars and colloquiums; direct and assess degree, master and doctorate theses between both universities; perform exchange and research and academic residencies between members of the institutions.
The letter of intention was signed by the Dean of the Faculty of Economic Sciences from the "Universidad de Asunción", Dr. Hugo Marcial Checo; Lic. Fulvio Celauro, Director of the "Organización Latinoamericana de Administración"; y Dr. José Enrique Luna Correa, Director of the Department of Finance and Administration, Dr. Mario de Jesús Aguilar Camacho, Director of the Department of Cultural, Demographic and Political Studies, and by Dr. Ma. Guadalupe Ojeda Vargas, rector of Campus Celaya-Salvatierra.
The bonds with the University of Paraguay began in 2013, with the realization of the Congress of MYPIMES, explained Dr. Emigdio Archundia, professor of Campus Ceñaya-Salvatierra, who said that "this time we academically formalize the exchange."
Lic. Fulvio Celauro Falcón, Joint Director of the "Organización Latinoamericana de Administración", said "we are proposing a collaboration agreement to exchange knowledges where students and professors can have residencies with Paraguayan universities, specifically with the "Universidad de la Asunción" and at the same time we can come to Mexico."
He added that "The University of Guanajuato has committed researchers, with high impact products and has high standards of quality the same way the cultural exchange can be strengthen" he concluded.
